ABC-ARV programs run on strict government protocols, but most NGOs and municipal teams still track them the old way — paper catch registers, WhatsApp updates from the field, and spreadsheets that get out of sync the moment two people update them at once. That makes it almost impossible to answer simple questions in real time: how many dogs were caught today, how much RFID and medicine stock is left, or whether a government nodal officer has actually reviewed a case.
The client needed a system built around how an ABC-ARV drive actually works on the ground — with different access for a dog catcher, a hospital doctor, a vehicle handler, and a government reviewer — instead of one generic admin panel everyone shares. ABC Online was built to give every one of those roles their own workflow, while still rolling everything up into a single live dashboard for project owners and nodal authorities.

Field catches, hospital admissions, observation status, and releases were tracked in disconnected registers, so no one could see where a dog was in the process without calling around.
